About Me

My name is Malky Gershon. I combine my background in psychology and training as an
integrative nutritionist health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to
understand my clients’ unique needs and create a personalized plan for them to reach
health and wellbeing. In my practice I also draw deeply from my own life experience. I
have done extensive research and experimentation on different diets and exercise
regimens. When that interest became an obsession, I went through a process of healing
and change of perspective, and it is that process, together with practical knowledge and
advice, that I want to share with my clients. I have been coaching for several years and I
have had the privilege to help dozens of clients reach their goals of wellness and
transformation.

My Mission

Too often women have a toxic relationship with food and with their self-image.
Our culture is one that judges us based on how we look, and I’ve known and
seen too many women who have been hurt physically and emotionally by their
obsession with their weight and appearance, myself included.
Through my own personal struggle, as well as research and training, I have found a way
to take care of myself and my body in a way that brings me happiness and makes
me feel nourished and strong.
I believe that a healthy lifestyle is not hard to reach if we have a positive mindset,
with the simple tools of good habits and wholesome routines.
I believe that truly healthy living is about nurturing ourselves, about embracing who we are and
celebrating who we can become.
Because we care about ourselves we take care of ourselves, and it is because of our worth,
rather than to prove our worth, that we strive to be healthy and fit.
I enjoy and maintain a sustainable healthy lifestyle that is nourishing for me and my family, but I
am more grateful for the healing I have found from the restriction mindset.
What I’m most passionate about is helping others to find that too. You deserve to
finally be free of those negative thoughts.
You deserve to finally be free of the constant stress of not being healthy enough and

As a health coach, I combine my background in psychology and my training in
integrative nutrition with personal experience to help clients develop a practical
and sustainable healthy lifestyle.
In my program, I work to create a personalized plan for a client’s goals based on
their lifestyle and individual needs. I also focus on the mental and emotional
aspects of the client’s life that may be impacting their health and keeping them
from reaching their goals.
I guide clients in gaining the confidence to navigate their journey in a
balanced and stress-free way. Clients learn how to tune in to their body and
respond intuitively.
I encourage clients throughout their journey, keeping constant contact to
celebrate their successes and to hold them accountable to the goals we set
together. I support my clients as they face the difficulties of real change.
Transformation is hard, and sometimes scary, but having a coach who went
through it to hold your hand makes it easier.
Through healing their relationship will wellness and creating healthy habits and
routines, clients will finally achieve their happy healthy life!

“Joy of Healthy Living” A balanced approach to health and wellness

Four-part series: “The Good Life” – How to apply principles of balance and right
thinking to all areas our lives, with sessions about health, family and the way we
make decisions.

One on one coaching:

Understand the background and history of my client. I want to get to know you, so we can really find the unique path that works for you.
Clarify and set the wellness goals we are trying to reach.
Recognize present habits and patterns, and identify the obstacles in the way.
Make a holistic health plan, including nutrition and exercise programs.
Guidance and support along your journey to health and all-around
wellbeing.
